Having been in discomfort for several years after a serious horse riding accident, I turned to Tiziana for help. Conventional medicine took no interest in the fact that I felt uncomfortable and 'heavy' in my internal organs, was devoid of energy, as there was no visible reason to explain it. I also had a chronic cough that had been afflicting me since then. After the first treatment and adopting some dietary changes suggested by Tiziana I could feel improvement in my general well-being. Now, after several treatments I feel re-energised, the discomfort has gone and I have much more energy. I can highly recommend Tiziana, she is professional and caring and has made an untold difference to me. I have no hesitation in recommending her practice.

Tiziana was recommended to me and I can honestly say the treatment has been one of the best investments I have made. I felt severely overtired with a number of responsibilities and was experiencing back and shoulder pain and some digestive troubles. I not only received very effective acupuncture but some sound advice on diet and supplements. After six sessions I felt more energetic, more grounded and consequently more able to deal with the issues I have to cope with. I shall certainly be maintaining regular maintenance sessions. I visited Tiziana when my husband and I were struggling to conceive and had suffered a number of pregnancy losses. We were open to acupuncture helping us conceive and maintain a healthy pregnancy as well as help me relax during conception.Tiziana is a wonderful lady who instantly put me at ease and reassured me there were treatments she could carry out that could assist me. I followed her dietary guidance and had regular sessions, my husband also followed the dietary guidance along with me.I fell pregnant on my second cycle while having acupuncture and continued to have it to help hold the pregnancy. I am now well into my third trimester and cannot thank Tiziana enough for helping us conceive.During the first trimester I was suffering with headaches and nausea and Tiziana adapted my treatment to suit my pregnancy symptoms. The treatment helped to stop all the awful symptoms so I could enjoy my pregnancy.I plan to have acupuncture towards the end of pregnancy as well to help prepare my body for labour and would consider visiting Tiziana again in the future to assist with further pregnancies. I started appointments with Tiziana in September 2018 firstly to complement the IVF treatment I was undergoing but since that time I have sought her treatment for an array of ailments including stress (caused by work), headaches and backache. Tiziana has helped me to get pregnant twice (we are just about to welcome our second daughter) and really helped/supported me during an extremely stressful time at work. I was rather desperate when I decided to try acupuncture and after a couple of sessions with Tiziana I could already feel an improvement. I had been trying to solve the problem through various other treatments for month with no changes and at times worsening of the situation. This was my first time trying acupuncture and I have to say that I found it hugely beneficial for particular problems I was having and it also left me feeling very relaxed, which was an additional bonus. I was so pleasantly surprised with the changes following each acupuncture session. Tiziana has an amazing energy and is very knowledgeable. She also recommended books and took a holistic approach to my particular problems (which I found conventional GP approaches did not). Tiziana really listens to what you are trying to achieve and tailors the treatment to suit. She is clearly very skilled at what she does.

I had suffered for some time with carpel tunnel syndrome and was keen to avoid drugs or surgery. I contacted Tiziana and after an initial consultation and first treatment I could feel the difference. Six sessions later and I have full mobility in my hand, no tingling in the fingers and can sleep through the night without discomfort.
