Attended VCH 2weeks ago with damage to ankle and hand. Had a brilliant nurse Christopher Malcolm. As I'm currently on Oxygen Therapy he made sure I was comfortable. Care given by all team was exceptional. Thank you respect to you all.

I attended the minor injuries clinic today due to a laceration to my finger caused during a fall into some glass. The staff were extremely helpful and it took no time at all to been seen, obtain and x-ray before the wound was stitched and dressed.Thank you so much.

I have recently had a hip replacement and the wound needed the steri strips removing and the dressing changed, I got there @ 19:20 after looking on the website to check opening/ closing times which says open till 22:00, but when I got there it was closed. ! .with the gates chained and padlocked, so I can’t actually review the walk- in as I didn’t get to go in or receive treatment

I went recently following a muscle spasm in my back due to using a chest binder. Staff were absolutely wonderful, I have a hearing disability and struggled to hear them through the glass and with the masks, the receptionist was very kind in asking if I would prefer to lip read if they socially distance without masks, asked if there was anything I needed to accommodate my hearing, and let the nurses know to speak a little louder for me. The minor injuries nurse I saw was fantastic, asked me questions about what my chest binder was and why I wore it. I was worried I would receive judgement for wearing something that caused an injury, but this was the first time I genuinely felt understood. Amazing staff throughout.

Went on a Sunday with complaints of abdominal pain, dark urine and slight jaundice and vomiting. Women told me that it's just muscle aches and to drink more water after urine sample was took even though I told her I've drank plenty of water she also said ' I don't know why your vomiting' jaundice got worse next day got sent home from work. Made a appointment at GP next day as jaundice got worse. She referred me straight to arrowe Park hospital for urgent medical assessments and I then spent 17 days at arrowe Park hospital as I developed acute cholangitis and was pumped with anti biotics and put on a drip. Unacceptable mill lane I don't want to use you again now.

Dave, the security man, You super star. He came out and practically carried my friends daughter out the car as she had collapsed and we were struggling. He also popped in for check ups and came with cookies for a 12 year old recovering. Brilliant staff. Excellent nurse staff. Thank you for reasurring us and calming us down and taking care of our Ellie.

I initially rang 111 for advice as I didn't deem myself an emergency but was requiring medical attention. A doctor rang me at home that morning and after a conversation I was invited to attend mill Lane at 1pm that day. It was a Saturday so no option of attending my local Dr. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful. I was called right on time to come through . I had a number of issues and the doctor was excellent. Was checked out and everything was clearly explained to me.i went away feeling I had been dealt with efficiently and professionally . I was prescribed antibiotics and the on site pharmacy was not only very close by I was also dealt with promptly and I had a query about a purchase and that was also dealt with efficiently. This was only 2 days ago and the antibiotics have already started to have a good affect. I would like to thank all the staff concerned for helping me and it was an excellent service 10/10

I had fallen over. Within an hour and a half I had been seen by triage, sent to xray, sent back to a doctor and then bandaged up and had a cast put on and was on my way with a referral to a fracture clinic later in the week. I was expecting to be there for hours so to have all that done in 90 minutes or even less was amazing.
