The worst experience ever! So my car is with Ahmad for almost 2 months, whenever I contacted him he tells me I'm waiting for parts, during the two months I've received 3 penalty charges, 2 of them the car was driven in Southampton, he said he was test driving the car, the last penalty I've received is congestion charge from London!! He clearly was driving my car for his personal use, and 1300 miles has been added to my car in the two months it has been with him!!And now he doesn't even answer my messages and he refused to pay the penalty, he looks like a decent person but he's not unfortunately, please avoid at All costs!

trrrible serivve they fixed a dent and painted my car with wrong type of paint which now has bubbles in it and is not flush with the rest of the paint job. Went there twice to correct and each time the result was the same. Shameful and unprofessional

I went there before some days to swap my wheels with some BRAND NEW.They scratched my new wheels plenty times!!!The worst is that they tryied to cover their mistake and not accept the responsibility of their actions.Also they didnt fit my spigot rings and I had to do it myself.They overtorqued the wheel nuts too.Look the photos.Just avoid them if you respect your car and you pocket.Thanks

Never did I imagined that my car will be hit on the driver’s door. Brother Ahmad was very helpful and advised me on claim process from insurance. He tried to accommodate my situation and gave me his best price. Overall work was good but not perfect. If you got into car accident, you can consider this place for repair and compare it with other garages. This garage is worth a try.

Charged me to repair a window and change brake pads . Ended up with bolt coming loose and spending loads of money to fix the brake pad being loose and damaging the wheel . Paid 100 for recovery amd 350 for repair and waited 1 week for repair as busy. Very stressful situation . Window broke as not repaired the problem. Got that fixed now after 2 months .
