Have used this this firm in the past and they were ok. But our recent conveyancing process was made particularly challenging due to the telephone. In 1876 the telephone was invented, and throughout the 20th century it was used to communicate. Even today it’s common to call people to discuss urgent problems or quickly convey a message. But not at Kidd Rapinett. Sure the receptionist has heard of the telephone, but it’s invention has gone unnoticed in the conveyancing department. That or they have some kind of severe allergy to it. Either way you cannot get hold of your solicitor on the phone. Period. I can’t recommend using a local firm that might was well be in outer space.

I can highly recommend the service I received from Ian Edwards on the sale and purchase of our new house. The speed and efficiency that all enquiries were dealt with was quite impressive. He was always there to answer my calls and his fast turnaround and attention to detail meant that we exchanged and completed very swiftly and without much pain!
