It’s nearly 3 years since my mum passed away and I still can’t forget how these people let us down. The sales pitch was that their attendance was guaranteed come hail or thunder, even if the proprietors had to step in to cover staff absence, even with 4x4 vehicles to tackle all weathers. The day they didn’t show up was during the last week of my mother’s life when we needed them most, because nobody else could be there on that day. No warning, no excuse, just didn’t show. And then, in the depths of our grief after her passing, they tried to sneak through an overcharge. An overcharge of £1300.
