3 stars for any McDonalds is a good score considering they want you in and out as quick as possible. Food is constantly okay except the temperature of it.

Most times something wrong in the orders but final straw was when found rubbish in the burger. And complaints procedure terrible would have returned to the shop but was 5mile down the road heading on holidays.

if it was possible to put zero, I would do it! I made an order through the self-service counter, at 10:20 a.m. he did not issue me a check even though the payment went through! there was an error, I asked for help, the girl said ok, we'll figure it out now, and then she just ignored me, I was waiting for my order at the checkout, but it was never prepared. I asked the workers again, they said that everything was fine (it was already 10:40 a.m.), my hungry child had already started crying, and I started asking again and showing on the phone what I had paid for, and finally they gave me a check and the number of my order, it was 10:50 a.m. (I ordered breakfast to not to wait as the standard burgers were from 11, and I already wanted them) but finally at 11.03 my order was brought to me, the infusion is spoiled for a long time and the morning too. i love mcdonalds but now i won't be going there for a long time .. just 15 pounds a breeze!!

One of three Mc Donald's branches in Derry, the Strand Road is a busy but accessible drive thru with adequate parking. Due to dual lanes on the Strand Road itself, you can really only access the turn for here when driving towards the city centre. It had a revamp relatively recently so it's clean and bright. Usually efficient but can be a bit slower at peak times, naturally. A new queueing system for cars was introduced during Covid pandemic in through a neighbouring hard stand but its roped off to regulate queueing.

When I ordered my double cheeseburger meal, I was told to wait for my order, whilst 10 cars passed by me getting their food with no problems, when I food eventually arrived just under 10 minutes, there was only the burger and no chips, appalling, I’m a regular customer and go here almost every week, iI was really disappointed.

At drive thru; both lanes empty. Wait a minute and nobody takes my order. Then a girl says hang on a minute. Then two other cars manage to get served in the the lane before me. Happens a lot at this store. Awful

Average at best, I went with purpose to get a meal at night hoping to get the nacho cheese wedges and Coke Zero with a triple cheese burger , surprise surprise they are sold out of the nacho cheese wedges and Coke Zero… honestly so poor from management and such a big company , what’s the point of having them on a menu if you can’t order them ? Maybe just remove this until it actually comes in ? Don’t get me wrong triple cheese burger was absolutely beautiful! But honestly come on this seems to happy every time something new comes out ?

Staff just want to finish and go home turn off menus screen half an hour before closing. Abrupt communication. Way below standards of McDonalds management needs to look into this branch underperforming in customer service

last few times have got cold, burnt, soggy fries, theres never any ice and yesterday the coke was warm and flat so the actual drinks machine isn’t even cooled. Feel robbed! paying for a meal half of it inedible and so called cold drink was like having tea. Need to do better no excuse. poor!
