Driver of silver MPV needs to learn how to read speed limit signs. Shot out of Bridge this morning towards A2 and proceeded to drive aggressively up to my bumper and then beep - not impressed

Bad phone communication and much longer wait than informed. 10minutes and 25 minutes are not the same thing at all.

Booked a taxi to get us to the train station, the taxi was 13 mins late. When we asked the driver if we would make the train he replied “impossible”. We called the office to let them know what had happened. The operator didn’t grasp that we had missed our train, and would be late to an engagement party. She did not apologise and said that they had missed out on £25! Absolutely shocking.

Only book If you aren’t in a rush. They kept telling me there was traffic that why a pre booked taxi was 30 mins late. On time taxi are better, I booked them and they came in 10 mins and surprisingly there was no traffic at all

Very bad service. Used them once in September 2022 to go to Gatwick and they turned up an hour late. Used them again last week for my sins (not sure what I was thinking) and same thing… was supposed to go to the airport, luckily we had just made it to the airport. The girl on the phone couldn’t care less when i asked if they would compensate us for missing the flight!! The drivers are very friendly and polite - will DEFINITELY not be using CABLINE again!!

Awful. 15 mins stated, arrive 40 minutes late. Never going to call again. Worst cab service in the area.

The worst taxi company in canterbury.I spoke to the operator and booked a taxi to the train station.It did not turn up.I called the operator and she said there was abit of traffic but the taxi would be with me in 4 minutes.I was now left with 9 minutes to catch the train.I called and spoke to the driver who said he had just been given the job and would get to me in 8 minutes.I called the operator and she ignored the calls.After missing the train,I called asked why she had done this She rudely answered, You can call after 12.00pm and speak to the manager " That was the best way she could respond."
