Took my elderly parents to look at a new mattress one hour before closing - I wasn’t expecting us to find anything to be honest as they’re both incredibly fussy. However Mike from the store arrived to help us and was brilliant. He was so patient helping mum to get onto and off the beds and explained all the nuances with all the mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and kind and I didn’t feel hassled. By the time the shop was closing he had helped us find the right mattress and bed! Thank you Mike.

My wife and I was looking for a new bed, so we both decided to pop along to dreams in white city retail park over at Trafford . We were met by a nice young gentleman by the name of Michael. He was quick to ask us what kind of bed we was looking for. I said one you sleep on : ))) With the information we given him he took us around to show us some of the beds they had in the showroom and told us a little bit about them and others available way we was looking around Michael offered us a drink. In the end, we came to a decision with the bed we decided on and ordered one . Michael was instrumental in helping us buy our bed with the information he gave us and his knowledge. My wife and I found him to be very professional . We will be happy to recommend this store to friends and family . Also, the two gentlemen who delivered and put the bed together were friendly. and put on shoes covers over their footwear so as not to get our carpet muddy and was chatting, though out. After they were finished, they made sure all the rubbish was taken with them . Sorry, lads, I forgot your names . Dreams to pass on our thanks

Amazing experience. Kam was fantastic. She didn't hound us, but approached us when we needed her. Didn't realise how much advice we needed! Have finally found the right mattress for me. Now understand the difference in mattress types. Can't wait to receive it next week.

We needed to replace the hideous mattress in our daughter's new rental flat in Trafford, Manchester within a single day. While other bed shops had no stock and demo units only, the very helpful Dreams salesman, Danny, showed us the demo mattresses they held which were backed up by warehouse stock. He then showed us a good mattress on clearance offer which we could take away there and then. The price and quality were great and Danny carried the mattress, plus free cover and bargain pillows, out to our vehicle. The whole experience could not have been better! Many thanks DREAMS!

I visited dreams today to find the perfect mattress for myself and the service provided by dreams is highly appreciated. Daniel, one of their staff guided me to figure out the suitable mattress within the given budget. He explained me the different types of mattresses they have and how they influence the quality of the sleep by describing the different materials & methods they use to manufacture the mattresses. He also briefly described the durability of each products & delivery options for different products which helped to find out the best fit for myself. Overall, I really appreciate his assistance.

I visited the dreams store in White City today, I was greeted by a very helpful gentleman, Daniel. I was even offered a hot drink while I was in store, which was kind, especially as it was so cold outside. Once I had a good look around at the beds, Daniel was on hand of offer his advice. Not knowing what kind of mattress I wanted, Daniel, let me lay on the sleep mattress, which shows the mattress that best suits you for how you lay on it... very good idea. I was then shown mattress that suited me and even given a pillow to rest my head on. Great service from Daniel and the other staff in store. Very easy sales process and fast free delivery, which is great... same week delivery. I was quoted 12 weeks from one of the other stores on White City...plus an expensive delivery charge. I've left the store happy with the service and my purchase of a bed frame, mattress, and an armchair.

Very helpful staff on both visits, knew what they were talking about, able to offer comparisons in mattress when we found one we liked, cannot fault them at all. Drinks are offered, variety is offered and we even got a delivery for the very next week! Just waiting on the mattress itself.

Our shopping experience was very enjoyable thanks to the lovely Daniel told him what type of bed were wanting which he pointed out several beds that he thought would suit us and to try . He then left us to browse at our leisure. Which we did till we found the one that was suitable Bed & mattress.Daniel then came over told us every thing we wanted to know & we went away very happy people Thanking you Mr J Douglas .

I went to Dreams at White City in Salford yesterday for a new mattress where I received some of the best customer service ever from a lady working there. She couldn’t do enough to help without being pushy. She knew the products and listened to what I wanted, recommending various mattresses she thought might be suitable and suggesting I try a machine that would recommend what type of mattress would suit me, which I did. Thanks so much for all your help, advice and offers of drinks, and I’m sorry I forgot to ask your name but you are a credit to Dreams and I look forward to receiving my mattress. Thanks, Jean
