Place has just had a major refit, now a little easier to find what you want. Good selection including fresh(er) bread, some hot breakfast items and plenty of variety to allow creative meal planning. Staff are always decent.

I have shopped here for well over ten years and have always found the staff to be most excellent and friendly. Recently however I have cause for complaint - the store is drastically understaffed and often the dedicated staff are placed in a position whereby they are stacking shelves operating the tills tobacco and cash and authorizing ID at the same time; leading to irrate customers, clusters of waiting customers, and overworked staff, being placed in the heart of student land as is the packs have a poor throughput. I'd like to see conditions improved.

Kept me fed during year 1 of university. Being right near student accomodation was brilliant.They accept student discount and have plenty of stock. It's possible to do a medium shop for one or two people.Everything is clean, neat and fairly priced.I like the implement of self service checkouts myself but I realise some people don't.There is usually only a few members of staff, due to this there is usually only one member of staff on the tills, sometimes none and they leave it to the machines. This means response from them can be slow.

Co-op Regent street is by far the best coop I have ever shopped at; fresh food and brilliant team, always polite and helpful. The shop is always tidy and they’ve been great during the pandemic.

The staff are always stacking so you wait awhile to pay for your goods especially easy for shop lifters nice quality of food and drink co.op.used to be expensive but it's now it's more affordable to shop the store is mainly used by students!The co op milk is over priced

Recent refurbishment excellent EXCEPT there No Flowers for sale anymore, little or NO non-alcoholic beers or wines available and No Magazines (particularly TV). Considering this store is in very close proximity to homes for the elderly, the refurbishment shows a lack of thought to their (long-time) members.'It's all at the Co-op'?? Not anymore

Staff park in the two paces out side the shop... parking wardens office opposite you must sort it out... otherwise fantastic shop. X
