There was very little preparation of the wood, or walls, resulting in lumps and bumps. Raw plugs were painted over rather than removed and filled. There was no priming or undercoats so paint is now chipping. Lines were not crisps or professional looking. The overall quality was poor. Lydia was rude and unprofessional. Days were short with long breaks and much time spent on phone, average day consisted of only 4 hours work completed. I have photographic evidence of the poor quality and several witnesses to Lydia's rude and unprofessional behaviour. There was confusion over estimate, based on daily rate yet Lydia worked 3 days less than quoted then stated it a fixed price. Would most certainly not recommend!

Avoid. Very poor work and attitude. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Lydia has completed a number of jobs for me over the years and is exceptionally efficient, reliable and tidy in her work. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
