Nice, well kept cabins each on its own pitch with high hedges to provide privacy. Hot tub was very good and maintained daily. Nice area of the country if you're looking for somewhere as little quieter but only 20-30 minutes away from York.

We have just returned from a fantastic break to York. The lodge was spotless! Ample space for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. It had everything we needed and the hot tub was a big hit. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We most definitely will return.

No complaints at all ! Fabulous lodge and a brilliant hot tub,me ,my partner an 11 year old daughter enjoyed it all ,rabbits,geese and pheasants to see and York on the doorstep we will definitely be back again!! :)

An absolutely marvellous retreat.So welcoming and supportive after a long and difficult journey due to severe flooding where we travelled from.The lodge was inviting and warm with the hot tub all ready for our arrival. We immediately felt relaxed.Lodge was beautiful, spacious and home from home.Will definitely be returning.

Cannot praise this place enough. Recently had a mini break here and loved every minute of it. Exceptionally clean and well maintained modern cabin and hot tub . The surrounding area is well maintained and private. Had a thoroughly lovely time and will definitely be visiting regularly to re charge our batteries.

Had a great time, the weather was brilliant. York was out of this world so much to do and see. Family time too. The lodge and hot tub great after a long day out.

Area around lodges not kept very well grass not cut and scruffy appearance. Also in the middle of nowhere nothing going on in the village, even the local pub was closed at lunchtime. Had to drive about 10 miles to get pub lunch.
