Just finished my package of ten whole body cryotherapy. I have fibromyalgia and the difference in me from when I started is amazing, I feel physically and mentally so much better, will definitely be going back. The staff are lovely and make you feel at ease.would definitely recommend.Thank you guys

Treated my mum to a float for Mother’s Day and it was the perfect gift. She really enjoyed the float itself, she found it very relaxing and it eased the aches in her back. She also commented on how luxurious it was; the shower and the products to use in there were lovely and the towels were super soft - little touches but made it a 5 star experience for her. Highly recommended.

Booked in for a cryo session. Everything was explained to me and after a short video I was ready to go. After my first 20 seconds in the cryo chamber I was wondering what the hell I’d done. The staff member continued to talk to me throughout the experience and explained what I was going through. After the initial 20 seconds I relaxed into it and actually really enjoyed it. I went down to -140 degrees. I felt really good when I came out and really fresh. Looking forward to going again.

Today was my first session using Cryotherapy, at first I was nervous but Leigh was really good at talking me through the process and I felt reassured. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.I have a few injuries due to sports, after my session I felt instant relief to these areas (knee and lower back) and overall I’ve felt great all day. I’m definitely going back and will be using Cryotherapy as treatment for my injuries and well-being!

Wow! First visit today. I was very nervous, the lovely ladies kept me at ease. I haven't experienced anything like this. I will return. Lovely facilities and very clean. I will be returning. I went from a nervous wreck to feeling like a new woman. Best mothers day present my husband could have got me!

My partner and I have had our first float and cryotherapy this weekend and it was amazing. The float was a great start to the weekend, getting us into a totally zen state and relaxing us of all the stresses of the week! Then we came back for cryotherapy the next morning! All the staff are really friendly and helpful - taking lots of time to explain the experience and benefit. We will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend.

Brilliant place, friendly staff, clean facilities with lovely toiletries and we'll worth the money. Floatation Therapy well worth a go, so relaxing and enjoyable. I loved it! Already booked again.Updated review:Well, 3rd times the charm! Third float completed and was amazing. Don't know where I was but I completely zoned out or fell asleep in there. Was so relaxed it really made me jump when the beach sounds and light came back on and felt so chilled for the whole day. I love float therapy.
