Stopped off for a pint after playing Abbeymead in a friendly. Pub staff seemed friendly and welcoming and the pub was spacious and set out nicely. Would definitely go back

Sunday carvery lunch , basic but well done . We had a family of 12 lunch, including children.A nice big dining room.It has a perfect outdoor play area for the children. And outside seating for adults afterwards.

Didn't have food stopped for a few drinks. Lovely pub and the big play area is a bonus for the kiddies. Will definitely pop in again

First time here in many a year and pleasantly surprised.First class service all day; food is standard pub fare, tasty and good value.Kids play area out the back is a great idea and very popular on a rare sunny(ish) day!Will definitely visit again.

A really lovely locals local. It would seem being with a local helped, and apparently it was the calmest and nicest they’d ever seen it, so guess it’s reputation is changing.Lovely friendly staff, great selection of drinks. Looks good for watching sport.
