I have had a fantastic experience with Virtue Estate Agents during the last year I have rented with them. The rooms are kept to a very high standard, are clean and very spacious for a student - with an excellent location and proximity to the University. The landlord Sam, and the rest of the staff, are very professional and helpful, and any issues that arose were dealt with immediately. Cannot recommend them highly enough, nicest landlord I've ever encountered who went out of his way to be welcoming.

I cleaned it thoroughly when I wanted to leave the rental. but the deposit was only given £10 for the same reason as the old resident before me. This is not fair.

They are the best I have used by far! Rooms kept in immaculate condition. The team are friendly. On leaving the returned my deposit in full the same day ! Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience renting from Virtue Estate Agents. They helped me with gaining parking permits, arrived extremely quickly when I locked myself out on a Sunday evening and came over and sorted any issues I had with my apartment promptly and professionally. A cleaner came every 2 weeks and my deposit was given back without fuss once my tenancy ended. I highly recommend- very few agents genuinely care about there tenants as much as this business does!

My experience with Virtue Estate Agents was second to none. The service provided was always professional, yet friendly. Sam is a true professional and a genuinely great guy. He was extremely responsive in regards to any issues with the property, which were dealt with as soon as possible and to the highest standard.As a student, my past experiences with lettings were not always positive, and so it has been refreshing to receive such a kind and personal service. I’d like to thank Virtue for their help and support through my tenancy and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a property in Leeds.
