Manchester Airport Drop Off Area T2

Not great! There was enough space to drop people off, however they charge £5 even if you stay for a few seconds. There is a free drop-off zone but it is very unclear how to get there so they are a bit cheeky in that regard. They was very bad traffic getting out of the airport, but I guess that isn't the airports fault (just thought I would mention it anyway :)

Found it easy to use for pick ups and not as expensive as I expected. Right next to terminal and not far to walk. Road signs not brilliant especially trying to find it at night. You think you have missed it but I hadn't. Will use again

Very rushed facility, if you don't make the drop off and exit within 10 minutes the price jumps from £6 to £20, the queues for the exit barrier can be very long and it's touch and go if you make it! A public facility should encourage ease of usage not put money making hurdles in your way! Liverpool airport has a far superior system to Manchester.

Clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes, but they charge a premium, especially in the restaurants. Most cooked breakfasts were around £20 with just 2 slices of toast £9.50!!!! Complete rip-off.

Very easy to use. You drive in to a lane, empty your car then visit a machine to drop your key. On return you scan the ticket you get and get your key back, it has a sticker that lets you know where the car is.All staff were very helpful.I'd definitely use this again.

It was easy to get to however if you travel in nivembet and your flight is early in the morning ,I suggest you go the night before but all cafes in t3 are not open till 4am and the security section don't open till 3am

I had a terrible experience with Marshalls at a drop off. I was lost and they were totally unhelpful. They'd only say that I'm in a wrong place and I'll get fined. I tried to get my head around the place and look for signs, when another Marshall approached me telling me off, saying how many £ is the fee. When I tried to explained myslef they wouldn't even let me finish, instead they interrupted, told me to LISTEN just to say again what I do wrong and how much the ticket will be. I felt threatened and they got me on the edge of tears. This was awfully stressful and completely unnecessary. I finally managed to ask them what shall I do then and only then got the answer.Manchester Airport, please train your staff better to understand, that people get lost, which is stressful itself and it's enough to give them guidance. Kindness doesn't cost, while having a great value.

Lots of shops ,bars & restaurants to pass the time away whilst waiting for your flight. Check in process ,s efficient & easy to follow.

It's OK, it's clean. There are not enough bins in the multi-storey car park. Prices and queues for drinks and food are crazy! Dunno why I'm posting this review as nothing will get done.
