Reflexology by Alisa

I have been a fan of reflexology for many years and transferred to Alisa from a previous therapist when I tried her treatments and found them to be more beneficial. She is very thorough and professional and consistently picks up on problem areas in my body and addresses them via the treatment. In addition, Alisa is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, which makes for a pleasant experience as well as good value for money

I have had regular sessions with Alisa for some time. I have reflexology to maintain good general health and to preempt any problems. The break imposed by COVID restrictions demonstrated how beneficial the sessions are. My well-being has noticeably improved since regular sessions recommenced. I enjoy our sessions very much and they are like an oasis of calm in a hectic world They provide an opportunity to relax, take a breath and renew before facing the world again. I thoroughly recommend Alisa to everyone.

Being relatively new to reflexology, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. Alisa is the first practitioner/therapist I approached for treatment and I honestly don’t think that I could have chosen better. Alisa is excellent at what she does and has a lovely clean, comfortable, relaxing workspace. The beautiful smelling essential oils are also lovely and add to the overall relaxing experience. Now had several treatments and am impressed by how beneficial and effective they are - they work on a deeper level. Alisa always gives you feedback at the end of each treatment. Highly recommend, great for holistic wellbeing. Thank you.

I've never been a fan of having my feet touched so this treatment was a big deal for me, but I found it very relaxing and it assisted my recovery from a lengthy bout of flu that I was struggling to shake off, just as Alisa had suggested it would! Not sure I'd go anywhere else but would definitely return to Alisa.

I came to Alisa after trying massage, acupuncture etc for chronic migraines and after just one session I felt less stressed, more energetic the next day and as a bonus was not triggered unlike the previous holistic therapies.Alisa makes you feel at ease no matter what even if you want to have a chat or simply be quiet and relax. She is very dedicated to your care and always willing to give you tips for your personal self-care outside of the session.

After hearing that reflexology can be helpful in pregnancy I decided to give it a go, and started regular sessions in my second trimester. I find it very relaxing and enjoy taking time out to treat myself every few weeks. It's a nice way to mark time passing and Alisa is always keen to hear how I'm doing. She keeps careful notes and clearly thinks about what she wants to achieve in each session. I've booked appointments slightly more frequently towards the end of my pregnancy because I'm sure it will help to keep me in the appropriate calm and relaxed state!

I have recently been referred to Alisa and I can highly recommend. After three sessions I am already seeing an improvement. Very friendly and professional service.
