We had a shower leak issue and Nathan was incredibly helpful. Went to a lot of effort to source a part for an unmarked shower and saved us a lot of money by finding the right part rather than replacing the whole unit.Really fast response and great communication and sorted the issue in no time.Highly recommended!

Honest and reliable. Nathan came round within an hour of my initial call about leaking cylinder. Replaced faulty valve which improved things but day later smaller drip reappeared. There was a separate fault with another valve. I was expecting another bill but additional work done promptly and free of charge. All work done by extremely competent and professional Matt. Highly recommend NJ Harkus.

Had a boiler install completed by NJ Harkus, and cant recommend highly enough, from the outset we had clear dialogue, good sound advice on the options for our requirements and a fair price for the work. On the day of install both guys were brilliant, fair to say there were challenges but these were met and dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Job was left neat and tidy and all waste dealt with too! 10/10 would recommend!

Recently returned from holiday and found my boiler had died. Contacted N.J Harkus out of hours on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Nathan who was more than happy to advise and explain all the potential options.It was more cost effective to have the boiler replaced due to age. Nathan then quoted me within 40 minutes of having the initial phone call! I was happy with the quote and accepted. Within 36 hours Nathan's team arrived at the house and carried out the installation!The work was carried out to a high standard, and upon completion you would not have known any work had been carried out as they left the work area spotless.I'm extremely happy with the work and highly recommend Nathan and his team, they were outstanding!

Nathan has serviced my boiler for the past 2 years. He has always been professional in his work and provides a quality service. Recently I had an issue with it, I explained the problem and he arrived within the hour to see what he could do, thankfully he was able to sort it. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

I contacted Nathan about a leak coming from our toilet. He arranged a visit the next morning. Communication was excellent and he let me know what time. Lewie arrived on time and was lovely - he took the time to investigate the problem and explained what he needed to do. He left the bathroom clean and tidy after he had finished. We are very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to call Nathan in the future for any work we require.

We used NJ Harkus when our boiler packed in. What we experienced was nothing short of amazing service. Nathan and his boys are absolutely phenomenal at what they do. We we were really worried about the state of our house, our boiler and heating - but even though we were out of the country - Nathan was able to source all the materials and provided us with updates as to when it would be fitted.When the time came, they professionally fitted the new boiler, new pipe work and all the fittings. They arrived on time - to the second - and left after doing an incredible job - sometimes working past their allotted hours to make sure we were happy and knew the intricate detail of the job.The job was completed on time and within budget and the attention to detail was perfect. The boys even brought their own coffees! (Even though we had bought some ready for them!)To conclude - there is no one in the Cardiff and South Wales area who does this work to such high levels in our opinion.Nathan and his team are polite, courteous, speedy and super skilled.
