Legends. Had a massive blowout on the way to the north coast, up in a shower of sealant that covered the bike. The guys took it the next day, got the wheel off despite a threaded nut (and asked before forcing it) and had me back on the road and able to ride the rest of the holiday and even wiped away a chunk of the sealant mess. Also charged very little for labour. Holiday savers and really lovely fellas, thanks to Matt and the crew can’t speak highly enough.

Lovely location for morning coffee. Friendly staff and good menu available. Loved the cosy heat of the log burner after a walk along the beach on a cold October morning.

For those who have never been, the site has a bicycle shop, a repair shop, a cafe and numerous wooden chalets which might explain the different reviews for bikes, coffee, accommodation etc. When I first rang in March, I spoke at length to the owner, Stephen, about purchasing my first ever e-bike. Unlike other local independent bike shops in my town, Stephen took time to explain to me my different options and price points. From having spoken to other local bicycle shops, they just seemed like they couldn't be bothered.Stephen encouraged me to take a run up and test out the model which he would have built on the Saturday of that week. I did turn up and, although the bike wasn't built, he asked if I gave him 2 hours and I could come back to see if it fitted ok. I returned 2 hours later where the bike was built and Stephen spent about 15/20 minutes talking me through the features which had me sold.Today, I went and collected my bike from Robbie. Robbie again was brilliant, he gave me a quick tutorial through the bike and answered some of my beginner questions (been years since I have rode a bike let alone an e-bike). Robbie also gave some hints and tips about how to maintain the bike.In summary, if you're looking for a bike, these guys really know their stuff. Their customer service was above and beyond and, despite being a 50 minute car journey from my home, I'll be making the trip to get any future servicing carried out purely due to the way I felt they went above and beyond whenI first enquired whilst other more local cycle shops couldn't be bothered. Thanks for all the assistance!

Stopped in to have them remove a cleat stuck to a pedal and reattach to the shoe. They took into consideration that we were on cycle tour, got right to it, and I walked out about ten minutes later with an entirely new set of bolts on my cleats, tightened properly. Nice folks!

I turned up at 4pm on a Friday with a broken spoke and Darren was kind enough to fix it there and then to get me back on the road. Definitely saved the holiday!

Good experience. Bought an electric bike, and Chris was informed and happy to answer all of my daft questions. Fantastic stock of bikes, which was a pleasant surprise given how popular they are this year! Recommend

I rented a bike for a morning ride when visiting family in Portstewart. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. From adjusting the bike literally to the mm, to mapping out a route (overly-ambitious as it turned out), every request was answered. The bike itself, a Genesis Equilibrium, was expertly cared for and rode beautifully. A great bike shop that I will be using every time I visit the in-laws in Northern Ireland.

Very nice cafe, atmosphere was good and the food was great. Enjoyed browsing the cycling shop afterwards, with assistance from very friendly staff.I will definitely revisit, when in the area.
