Shocking service! Also they discriminate against low income families. I know people will say that's a strong word but in this case it's totally justifiable.I rang to view a property, told there was viewings the following day, as soon as mentioned I am disabled and in receipt of benefits the whole tone changed. Was then told that the viewings for the following day were actually booked out and offered a viewing a week later. I knew something wasn't right so got someone else to call and enquire and because they stated full time employment boom what do you know there was a viewing available the next morning!!! I actually attended that viewing and the flat was badly misleading. Pictures advertised were obviously taken years ago and it was extremely run down.I have seen today that the flat has been let, but no courtesy email to advise 'MY' appointment on Friday needs to be cancelled. Obviously I don't need to worry but that's not the point.I am fully aware that Adams is not the only Estate Agents to penalise people in receipt of benefits, but honesty goes a long way. Could have just been straight up and said the landlord would not allow benefits etc. I also hate this prejudice that benefit claimants suffer as before my accident I worked my whole life and actually suffer with OCD and very House proud and never been in rent arrears. Please don't tarnish us all with the same brush.Apologies to ramble on but wanted to give people a heads up. Dishonest, poor communication, I would not recommend. Avoid

I've rented my flat through Adams Estate Agents for the last 6 years and the service has always been flawless. I've always felt the property has been in safe hands and that nothing is too much to ask. Greg, Rasa and Jodie have always been kind, friendly and professional.I recently sold the flat through Adams and the buyers solicitors were an absolute nightmare! Without Greg I genuinely don't think we would have got to the point of completion. Greg constantly went above and beyond, he had great communication and service.If you are thinking of renting or selling then I would highly recommend using Adams Estate Agents!

Poor communication throughout the year. Issues with mould all over the property from arrival. Me and my housemates called up and emailed multiple times regarding it and they were very unhelpful and even blamed us for it! Took a huge amount of money off of the deposit for ridiculous reasons as well. Would not recommend, especially for uni students.

I have let my flat through Adams for the past six years. I am in the military, and as such, sometimes have had to be away for extended periods. There is a lot to prepare for when I go away and it can be a very stressful time. One thing I never need to worry about though is the letting of my property. The team at Adams are outstanding in every way. From their excellent communication, their proactive nature and their common sense approach to problem solving as they inevitably arise. No matter whom in the team you deal with, the outcome is always positive. Their flexibility and understanding is second to none. I can hand on heart recommend these letting agents and commend them to anyone in the area that has similar circumstances to my own. Lastly I'd like to add my thanks to the guys for all they have done for me over the years. Without doubt one of the most professional businesses I have had the pleasure to work with.

To say I am disgusted with Adams' service this year is an understatement. They have treated me and my flatmates like absolute dirt, attempting to get any penny they can out of us. I have been dealing with Jodie and I am so, so outraged by the way that she has spoken to me. She clearly thinks we are naive, immature and easily-influenced students who don't know how to fight their case, because she has tried to charge us for absolutely every tiny issue in our flat - ALL of which I managed to prove were there before we moved in. Communication has been unprofessional and quite frankly, rude and sarcastic, at times. When I was able to prove that we did not create the dirt / mess etc in the flat, she found something else to try and fight her case with. She even attempted to use photos taken from the original inventory (from before we moved in!) when trying to charge us with cleaning fees. She is unhelpful and doesn't even communicate with our landlord. I would not recommend Adams to my enemy and to be honest I don't even want to rate 1 star. If you are a student, steer WELL clear of Adams - they are not worth the utter stress they will put you through, even if you're the cleanest and most respectful tenants like us.

Highly recommend and can't fault our experience with the Adams team. We rented with them for a few years and it was an overall great experience. We continued to renew our lease with ease and would definitely rent with them again. They were always fast to act and resolve any problems we had and constantly kept us in the loop.They were super helpful and great to rent through from start to finish. Special thanks to Jodie and Greg, they made the whole process from viewing, moving in and eventually leaving all very easy and as smooth as possible. Thanks for everything guys :)

An absolute pleasure to work with. Adams was recommended to me by a friend and I can’t fault the service they’ve provided to me as a landlord over the past six years. Given I was on foreign assignments it was vital to have an agent I could trust without reservation and Greg and the team have been amazing in every single respect. Highly recommended.

I have been with Adams for over a year now and they are overly helpful, I have a tenancy which I continuously renew due to both the standard of the flat and the service I receive from the agents and Greg Adams himself which I believe is another reason the firm satisfies my tenant needs .Just an example would be the fact my shower in the en-suite broke but this was fixed in no time. Definitely reccomend to anyone looking for lettings.
