Just had my hair done with Ellie and I'm over the moon with the results. Gorgeous colour and finish. Lovely salon and friendly staff would definitely recommend.

Booked in for an appointment, got my hair cut. The cut was good but the customer service was dissapointing. I was ignored and spoken over, next to no effort was made to make converstaion. Pretty clear they they have plenty of returning customers and are not worried about making more. (That being said im not sure if the stylists rent a chair so not all of the stylists may have the same demeanor) Sadly i didnt feel very welcome.

Claire gives a very professional service with a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.She is always on time and always keep me updated on offers or promotions.I get a personal service which she customises to my needs.Claire always has a big smile on her face and is always focused on her clients.
