I went to see Daniel on the recommendation of my boss with agonising back pains. Earlier that day, I went to see a chiropractor too, who just wanted to book me for another appointment without actually helping my problem.That evening I went to Dan, explained the issue in great detail and within a few minutes he got to the root of the problem. In two days, I was again active and the pain started to disappear. 2 weeks later, it has gone completely. I can't recommend the clinic enough!

I went to see Dan after someone had recommend him to me. Having a long standing problem, Dan quickly identified a plan and began work on me! With constant encouragement and education, he explained the treatment and we began work. He is obviously highly skilled in his craft and takes great pride in his profession. It is also obvious he is constantly up to date and no two visits are the same for me. I always finish a session feeling that I have moved forward and feel not only tired but also stronger! Sessions with Dan are going to be a long term and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dan is a marvel! I went to see him with a long-standing running injury. He took an extremely thorough history, tested various muscle groups and gave me exercises to do at home. At the end of a one- hour session, I already felt dramatically better. Two months later, I'm training for a marathon!

I came to see Dan few months ago with a knee injury. Movement Therapy Clinic was recommended to me by a colleague who was treated previously by Mike. Due to an upcoming race I needed to see someone very quickly and Dan managed to fit me in on the same day.His level of professionalism was outstanding!He took lots of information and Listened to everything I had to say (unlike the typical in and out treatment you get with NHS) Dan advised me on what I should change about my training routine to speed up the recovery.He then treated my knee and I could honestly say that the pain and swelling at the end of the appointment improved significantly, he also taped my knee and taught me how to tape it to support my knee on the race day.Following his advice I didn’t need any further treatment but if in need, I will definitely go back.I would happily recommend Dan to any level athlete.Thank you!

This is essential to your treatment, but often something that other practitioners miss.They are also excellent problem solvers, so even if you've not had much success in the past, they will find a way to solve your issue.

After a number of years with “dodgy” knees and a couple of falls within twelve months plus a painful thigh and back, a friend recommended Movement Therapy Clinics in Harborne. I saw Daniel today at movements therapy clinics in harbourne. He took his time finding the cause of my back pain, explaining and helping me understand the problem and giving me exercise to do which will help alleviate my pain. Over the years I have visited a few therapists but I found Mike Grice to be truly exceptional. A friend had recommended me as Mike had successfully treated an acute back issue in a very short period of time with one treatment and an exercise programme. Mike diagnosed a rotator cuff strain and I was experiencing acute pain and unable to sleep as no comfortable position was possible. After only one treatment the difference was enormous and I followed the exercises he had given me and within 2 days was feeling so much better and sleeping position no longer an issue. I liked the fact that he does not promote a steroid injection as the solution and wants to get to the underlying cause and not just treat the symptoms. His hands on treatment is so good I can understand why he doesn't need to resort to injections. Highly recommend and am so relieved to have found a therapist that you know you can trust to get the right results.
