I had my first kinesiology session recently, and found it amazing. The combination of anatomy, and physiology combined with muscle memory and nutrition and how it all works to treat injury and disease, and improves movement and performance, is incredible. Tina was so knowledgeable and kind, explaining everything. She checked in on me, about a week later to see how things were going and to see if I had any more questions. Her energy and positivity are infectious, I can't wait for my next session.

My first taste of Kinesiology was just what the doctor ordered. Tina is a very friendly and extremely intuitive therapist. It's called 'Tailor Your Health' for a good reason because I really felt I was being listened to in a detailed and holistic way. There was some prodding in certain pressure points, which did ache after but I felt so solidified within myself as I was a bit all over the place emotionally and shrouded in stress. I now feel like a different person and not as anxious.She fills you with so much of her knowledge and wisdom too and can tell you important things about yourself that you were previously unaware of. When you see Tina, she will be focussed on 'you', not your wallet. Talking holistically, she tailor made a tincture bottle of rescue remedy for me, which has been great - subtle but effective enough for what I need to relax. she also used certain stones (I wish I asked which ones) and manipulated my energy into a better flow, while discussing my inner issues. She really is a very emotionally intelligent person and a very good find.I'll definitely be back to explore this type of therapy as it was both fascinating and, most importantly, effective. I have seen Tina for several different treatments over the past few years and she has been exceptional every time! Tina has a talent for spotting not just the issue and resolving it at root, but also treating the surrounding contributing factors. This helps immensely, not only in recovery but in prevention in the long run. Tina is also a master at making you feel comfortable, working with exceptional professionalism, while making the environment relaxed and secure. Incredible experience everytime. The warmth and glow from Tina the moment you enter her beautiful space is divine. She listens, informs and works magic on the massage table. Been a couple of times to see Tina for both a sports massage and waxing,The massage made me feel invigorated yet relaxed. The waxing although she had at the time only been recently trained was expertly carried out and not uncomfortable at all.She operates from a perfect dedicated therapy building that is light, airy and comfortable.Highly recommended professional.

Tina is one of life’s special people.I am not really sure how kinesiology works however after each session with Tina I always feel so much more balance and control.Wether you are looking for emotional or heath support I would 100% recommend Tailor HeathShe is amazing

Good Morning TinaMy Friday treatment on 9/5/2023 with you has made a significant difference to my movement and peace of mind. In our interactions the knowledge and authenticity in the power of kinesiology work fully came to be experienced the next morning.I got out of bed pain and discomfort free.I had only had an appointment at the doctors on the Wednesday ( I felt like a number being processed )In your caring nurturing environment, a place where I felt safe, a space of peace of mind and kindness with some rigour delivered to my body in massage techniques.I’ve been to back specialists over the years for over 12 years and to have learned that there were other factors contributing to my discomfort was never really explained in depth.
