I have been buying my whisky from Whisky-online for a number of years now and can honestly say my experience has been very good. You can ask the guys for advice and they are always happy to help and their advice has always been excellent. You can buy limited edition whiskies from them which I can not get elsewhere. Will definitely continue buying my whisky from these guys.

Situated on a road where the majority of businesses are hotels, yet Whisky-Online's staff clock off and drive away like F1 cars with zero consideration for residents. If one kid runs out at the wrong time, it's going to turn ugly, and quickly. So no, I've not used Whisky-Online for its primary purpose, but my only experience of them is how dangerously their staff drive in a part of Blackpool with a high concentration of pedestrians.

I have been buying Whisky for my dad from Whisky Online for a while now and every transaction has been very smooth. Customer service is second to none. I'm not a Whisky lover so I don't have a clue about what is good and what isn't but every time I do buy for my dad I always ask for any recommendations and each time I receive superb information and advice from them. Took part in an interactive (Zoom) online tasting of Gordon & McPhail whiskies run by Whisky-Online, and it was a superb evening. The chat was interesting and informative and the selection of whiskies was fantastic value for money. Ended up buying several bottles after the tasting from the new and improved Whisky-Online website, which was fast and easy. All in all it was a great experience and I would have no hesitation in taking part in similar events in the future.
