Honestly, the best student accomodation in Preston! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! Whenever I needed help with anything they were more than happy to help! Their services are amazing. Not to mention they have a variety of rooms available. Love the friday freebies as well!!!I absolutely love my flat! 100% recommend it!

Its a great student accommodation to be fair, the staff are super friendly and helpful and active and their maintenance are really handy as well. The carpets are a bit of a mess but next year Im pretty sure itll be sorted, once its sorted itll be the perfect student accommodation to go for!

The new management team is absolute godsend. I was here last year and since the Warehouse team took over in February, there's been a complete 180 on everything. Everyone's really approachable and friendly, and things no longer take forever to get sorted. The common room also looks way more looked after and inviting. Lee, in particular, is really committed to this place and I know he has put a lot of time and effort into improving this place. Lee, you're the best :)) and you're doing awesome!

I've been living here for 3 years and it had gone downhill until Warehouse Students took over. The work that Lee and everybody here has put into improving standards here at Warehouse is amazing and I can tell they really care about making this place an amazing place to live.While admittedly, there's still work to be done, I trust this team to get it done!Highly recommend!

Very welcoming accommodation. It is very close to Uclan and town centre. Location is probably one of the best as it is close to many shops and makes life very easy. Staff is also very helpful and understanding making the experience and stay even better.

The accommodation is really close to local amenities and is really handy if you need to be close to the city centre. Besides that, since having a new accommodation manager (Lee), the management and standards of the building have dramatically improved and he was incredibly helpful when sorting any issues I had. Because of this new management I would now highly recommend this accommodation.

Since the new management has been in issues have been fixed way quicker than before, lee has be nothing but helpful and is always nice to talk to at the front office. Would highly recommend here for first year accommodation.

This has been my third year of living at Warehouse Apartments and ever since Warehouse Students took over in March, there have been massive improvements. The team are super on it, very quick to respond to our requests especially Lee. I logged a maintenance issue during the night and it was resolved before noon. There are plenty of fun events for residents to take part in and I really feel that the team cares for us. I feel a lot safer living here, due to improvements in safety. The accomodation is also cleaner, and they've made many changes that have massively improved my experience here (fun events, student only flats, same gender only flats, couple flats and professional flats) they are constantly making improvements to the buildings and renovations. They are very friendly and also the wardens always respond and already to help no matter what time. I'm excited for another year with Warehouse Students and I think every UCLAN student should consider it as its affordable, very close to campus and other amenities and unlike other accomodations it's not too loud and party like.

The best student accomodation in preston and even the best accomodation for UClan students as well. They have a variety of rooms as per the needs. Their services are awesome and very helpful staffs they have. I would highly recommend them !!!

The accommodation is within walking distance of all required amenities. Since Lee, and the rest of the Warehouse Students team have taken over, improvements have been made and will continue to be made moving forwards.
