This has taken a while for me to do but i want to say a massive thank you to a young lady in the service department, charmaine took time out of her busy day to explain to my husband how to work his lights on his car. He was so worried he would have to book the car in and would be left stuck. Charmaine took him outside spent 15/20 minutes with him and ensured him that what she was saying was right and to come back a little later when it was dark to allow him to have confidence in what she was saying. He returned and charmaine showed him and he was overwhelmed with the service. Thank you charmaine.JHuntley

An excellent experience from start to finish !I came across Bristol street Motors in Stockton when searching the internet for a used car for my wife. Although I try to stick to the budget, my car searches are always driven by the actual condition of the car ( including the full spec, all history and mileage etc) so although there were a few similar cars elsewhere that were slightly cheaper I decided to go for this one as it ticked all the boxes and just as importantly, I had a good feeling about it!I'm an old school car buyer so was well out of my comfort zone as I was considering buying a car for the first time without seeing it or driving it....something I said I'd never do! The salesperson (Finley) was excellent and sent a whole host of videos and pictures that showed the vehicle really was as good as it looked in the pictures.....and I was also given evidence of the service history etc. There was no 'hard sell' so after a short deliberation I decided I'd buy the car. The car was then fully valeted and a couple of very slight bodywork imperfections were taken care of...and video evidence sent for me to approve.We then agreed a date and I drove up to collect the car and dropped off my wife's old car which we chopped in (and were given a reasonable price for it!). The car was exactly as described...probably even better than I envisaged.Upon picking the car up I saw a very professional set up. I was offered very comprehensive after sales insurance and service plans and although I did not purchase any of them...I never do!....there was no hard sell and interrogation as to why I didn't want them.I can't praise Finley enough for his very professional manner in ensuring I had all of the info at hand to make a decision on whether to buy the car or not...and this is how it felt rather than feeling like the guy couldn't really care less as long as you bought the car! Finley's boss Chris was also very helpful when called upon.We've had the car for nearly two months now and my wife is more pleased with her purchase as each week goes by.Many thanks to Bristol street, Stockton for making the whole experience of buying this used car a pleasure

Excellent customer service by both Charmaine & Dave who are a credit to the business. My husband is profoundly deaf and Dave took the time to go through the results of the MOT & work needed & was very patient so that he could understand. Charmaine dealt with all the paperwork & payment to spread the cost over 3 months & explained it all in a clear and concise manner. Both were very professional in their ways with excellent work ethic and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Firstly Dave (service manager) deserves a promotion as he is absolutely brilliant, he goes above and beyond for customers (rescued me in a particularly rubbish scenario 8 months pregnant and FIXED my car without costing the earth) Charmaine and her new employee David looked after me while my car was being sorted, gave me a seat and water. I have always had my car serviced here and will continue to do so. Brilliant care of both customer and car.

I took my car into Motornation as it was making a strange knocking noise. There wasn't an obvious issue but the team kept checking until they found the problem and then quickly ordered a new part and had the car ready for collection earlier than they predicted. Also whilst my car was in they did a service and replaced my A/C which they found was leaking. I received an email and a phone call everyday from the lovely Charmaine with updates and information on my car. I could not be happier with their service and highly recommend them!

I took my car in for a service yesterday and it was a great experience from start to finish from the company itself, Charmaine was absolutely fantastic and supported myself with issues with the car and advised and provided top quality advise for issues relating to the car itself which was at no fault of Bristol Street Motornation. They are an absolute credit to giving customers the best customer service they deserve, thank you and especially to Charmaine because the service she provided was top quality and I will be sure to come and use them again in the near future.

State of the art facility with one of the largest used car sales forecourts in the Country. Easy to get parked up and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mike in parts as well. In the showroom you have a tea and coffee machine, water cooler, a fridge with bottled drinks, a pool table, PlayStation and magazines to read. For a new dealership I can only see things getting better.
