Great fun for the kids and friendly professional staff. Things I would say negative are; the viewing area / cafe area gets a bit cramped when busy and the price for food v expensive so best take your own in. Overall though great fun for kids.

The receptionist's attitude today was very bad which is very unfriendly behavior for the guests. There is no smile on their face and it is normal to need to fill in some information. It is understandable but this attitude should not be at all.

On the 7th October, I took my daughter to boingzone Stourbridge for her birthday party. This is maybe the 3rd party we have had for her there, and have been to several of her friends parties there. Several weeks previous to my booking I called to say that there was a child who was dairy intolerant, but as I was unable to speak to anyone I left a message and waited for a call back. That never happened.When I arrived to the party I told the lady on reception that I had called and no one had called me back. I wasn’t even asked about it. What if I hadn’t of mentioned it again? And that child had of eaten the food? I was told that all they could offer was crisps to the child as they had nothing but the food on offer. The mother of the child was then asked to sign a disclaimer before her child ate there. When the mother asked to see the folder of ingredients she was shown a WhatsApp picture message. I’m sure health and safety wouldn’t accept that should they arrive.Getting on to heath and safety. My daughter whilst playing bumped her head with another child, so I asked a member of staff for an ice pack for her head. I was told to “ hit it off the chair” and it would activate. It didn’t. Upon further inspection, the ice pack was out of date by 7 months!When I arrived I was told the party room was currently being used but if we sat at the other side the previous party would finish & room would be cleaned for us to use. My party was booked for 12:15pm. By 12:30 there was no sign of the party room being finished with, so the area we were left with was with people who had nothing to do with my daughters party. When I asked at reception what was going on, I was then told I’m not guaranteed the party room? Yet in previous years, we’ve always been given it, as it’s a party. Several of the other parents told me that they had always been given the party room too when they had booked for a party. It has never been stated to me in previous years that I had to “book” the party room or that I wasn’t guaranteed it and it certainly wasn’t stated to me when I booked it.Just when I think it can’t be anymore of a shambles a member of staff then tells me they don’t have any lighters to light the candles on my daughters birthday cake.The way the party was handled was terrible and I was made to feel like it was me who was causing the problems. What a terrible experience I have had at your venue. Awful customer service and I’m really disappointed that my daughter and her friends didn’t get the experience they are usually used to.After emailing the business over 10 days ago with my concerns, I’m ignored..Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. And I know myself, nor the parents of the children at my daughters party will never use it again.

Went here for my 13 year olds birthday party with all of her friends from school and football, she has been begging for a birthday party since she was 4. So I gave her a birthday party with all of her besties at Boing Zone. All of her friends arrived at the party and all of them had such a fun time. And they all had so much fun, when my daughter came home she couldn’t go to sleep because of how much fun she was getting, I definitely recommend for a child’s birthday party.

DO NOT, go to this place its terrible and staff are vile with a chip on there shoulder. Young rude girls with attitude and no manners and push past you and look down there noses at you,place is also very cramped anf not very good, place should be shut down and staff need customer service training also.

Really brilliant place. £9 for an hour seems like a lot if you've got two children. Luckily today was buy one get one free. Make sure you bring slipper socks or you need to pay a further £2.50 to but them too. Clean, well organised and wonderful to be hit with the air con as we entered. I'll be back.... When you have another discount on!

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER GOING HERE!! I'm a regular visitor and I visited today and it will be my last ever. I don't know what Boing Zone are playing at but what happened today, shouldn't have happened, it was absolute chaos! They had waaaay to many parties on today. It was too cramped upstairs in the seating area, which is now the cafe (which doesn't make sense), it was really loud and I came home with a banging headache. Nowhere to comfortably sit, loads of people (including myself) having to stand where there was a small gap. Having to carry hot drinks through crowds of people with kids running about, some parents were congregating downstairs in the play area where they shouldn't be and too many kids in the actual arena. The staff on duty looked half soaked, they're not trained how to deal with kids of that age. The Area Manager that was on duty clearly didn't care either. Just awful!The new set up puts the health and safety of it's customers in jeopardy which doesn't sit right with me, whatsoever. I understand that they need to make money, I get that, we're all in the same boat, but today just spelt pure greediness and again, that's something that just doesn't sit right with me.They'll end up losing a lot of custom with this new set up, for a fact. They've lost my custom anyway, I'll try Flip Out in Oldbury in future as I've heard good and better things about the place.Shame on you boing zone for being so greedy!

This is such a good place for kids to play. And energise themselves. Highly recommended by me. By far in my opinion best place ever. Lovely food and drink. Can not say the atmosphere is bad because it is lovely . At the end I could not resist bouncing on my bed at home

Nice enough for the kids but the areas for parents to wait are limited and the price of drinks is ridiculous. A small coffee from a bog standard machine like you'd find in a travel lodge was £5. Theost important thing is that the kids enjoyed it, but I'll be taking drinks with me next time.

Grandsons birthday had a wonderful evening ,group of 6 and 7 year old ran wild and tired themselves out ,staff were well trained and wonderful with the kids well done all⁸
