I went to but a 2nd phone for a specific purpose, not general use. The young staff in there helped me out so well, they were so patient and very understanding. I have never been in a shop like it before, but I will certainly return if I need any technology or advice about technology of any sort!

Staff are badly trained 3hr wasted trip won’t recommend store the staff are slightly better here than the Eastbourne branch but in fairness you won’t find worse staff than Eastbourne cex in any company we’re do you get theses wonderful Justin’s from and Justin stands for just enough not to get fired ?

CEX is not good value for money. They promise you two years warranty which actually useless to be quite honest. I bought a MacBook Air from them a couple of months ago. Less than 6 months ago and I have been to their branch more than two times with the device they sold me , telling them the issues I am Facing with the device. Both time I have had to wait for over 2 hours of them “warranty testing “ the product , first they say “they us half an hour” then they keep adding to the time - SO INCONVENIENT!!! Then the bonus? The tell you after all that wait that “oh we can’t see anything wrong our side so we can’t do anything “ . I have a question, why is my time and money being wasted if nothing is gonna be done about the issue I have? I have pictures showing the issues I have but because their test can’t find these problems therefore they can’t help?!?!? I have had issues with the product from the beginning and they refuse to refund me !!! Kinda feels like I got scammed to be honest for my HARD EARNED MONEY! What a disappointment really! I try to sell this laptop back to them and they won’t even offer me half of what I purchased it with , how very convenient. CEX? I don’t recommend.

Sold me an iPhone 13 that prompted a big warning that the screen was faulty as soon as turnt on, few days later screens completely unusable. Avoid.

Some of the best service Iv had while in Hastings. Had to buy a phone for my mother, after hers broke. One of the female member of staff was fantastic.
