Used Allan's taxis for trips put from weavers care home only coventry taxi firm to turn up when booked , polite staff when booking and drivers are always polite and secure wheelchairs in without co.plaining would highly recommend

Booked this taxi service weeks in advance. Very helpful, we had to change the pick up time at short notice and they very were accommodating. Prompt time keeping for both journeys. Will definitely use again

Service absolutely disgusting, ordered taxi at 2,30 ,still hadn't arrived 1hour 10 minutes later, cancelled lewis came in 3 minutes

Got a taxi straight away, didn't have to wait and they accomadated me having a pushchair. Such a nice man greeted me and helped me with my pushchair. Really friendly and helpful service.

Driver sent to the other side of town didn't bother sending another driver until I called back twice drivers are rude charged too much for a very short journey same journey home half the price will never use again

Shocking service. Asked for transport for 5 people to the airport including suitcases and a pram. One tiny black cab turned up and they said if we needed another one it would be another £40! Ended up having to call a family member to transport 2 of us in our own car. Absolutely ridiculous. AVOID

Unreliable airport transfers.Booked a taxi for 7 for transfer and one with 6 seats arrived so had to call another which cost us alot more.On return, the flight was delayed, so I called them from the departure airport, and they said they were still OK for pick up. I had a text saying when you land, message me, which I did, and also when we came out of the building. I tried calling the phone, but they would not answer. After 25 minutes, we jumped in to one at the airport taxi rank.Shockingly bad service.

Rung to book a black cab as I had a dog, told them I had a dog, stood waiting for the cab and a white people mover pulled up with Uber plastered all over it, driver said Allen's"? I replied "yes....are you o.k taking the dog as I asked for a black cab".....the guy asked me if she was a "guide dog".....no
