Regency Square Car Park

Reasonably priced car park near Brighton seafront. Close to the Brighton Centre. Not many spaces, so fills quickly if there is something on and can also be awkward to get ou of due to traffic lights right on the exit.

Came to Brighton for my birthday weekend ,our hotel was right next to this car park so we decided to park there overnight from Friday to Saturday. On Saturday morning when we decided to move our car we find out someone has broke into our car overnight. Few things has gone! I called the number for Brighton Council to complain and tried to claim my money back what I paid for the car park £30 ,the lady on the phone said she can't do anything cos it's our own responsibility when we leave the car there... Ruined my Birthday morning,but thank God there's really nice car par Regency Mews,who told us they are fully booked,but let us leave the car with them,and told us for overnight is £19 ...

Great parking choice. Unsure if there a better spot. When you arrive - take note that its a underground one.Convince: 4.5/5 not sure how busy it is on average.Safety: 4.5/5 carpack is well protected with access only doors by validating parking tickets.

I think one of the better car parks for south of Brighton, but the spaces always feel a bit tight and it can take a while to exit sometimes after an event due to the design of the road network.

Finally used Regency.Never realised there was 3 levels, I parked in 1 which was full and upon driving out noted level two which was completely empty and level 3 was ¼ full.Personally found the left hand entry lane a pain on entry, I will be using the right hand lane next time only for more maneuverability on exit.Reason being I had extra long and wide sports car.Entry and exit bit tight for the car due to security gate but no dramas driving extra slow.But as already mentioned by others, it's expensive.It nice and secure system but its an old car park.Modern and spacious could warrant the high price but this wasnt

After 6pm Parking is £6.90 which for Brighton is brilliant, especially if you're going to the Brighton centre (5 min walk way). Well lit. Spaces a little tight but manageable. However, stairwells stink of wee & dodgy people hanging around outside. Better if you're in a group or with someone.

Ridiculously overpriced considering this car park doesn’t even have a lift. We paid over £20 for 5 hours parking and had to carry our heavy pram with baby and bags in up and down 3 sets of stairs, I had a c section not long ago so not too happy about having to do that. They should at least have a lift if they’re going to be charging so much.

I will say that this is a very secure car park. The price is mental. I just spent £16 for just over hours.

Can’t really expect much out of a car park, regular checks from security overnight and secure entry and exit. Great location and paid about 35 pounds for 24 hours
