Steve went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I needed. I have a very small shop so he very kindly split cases for me and even phoned to tell me when they were on their way. The picnic boxes are really sturdy (and in fact a better design than traditional wicker ones as the handle is on the top so easier to carry). Will definitely re-order from this company.
