Its Gregg's. Even though the prices have gone up and I now shop there less and less. When I do the food is nice. Over £4 now for a sandwich and a sausage roll.

Not a great lover of Greggs.Ok if you're in a rush & want a bite to eat quickly. It's all pastry & grease. Fillings are rather bland for my liking. Some people like it though.

Was a very lovely sosij, been and cheese pastry. Loved every bite, the ginger girl serving me was lovely 2! Great experience overall!

Rude staff.I went in at 4.10pm, picked up a bottle of water, and asked for three black coffees.I was told, very abruptly, that the coffee machine was cleaning, so I couldn't have any coffee.Whilst I was paying contactlessly, the assistant turned her back, continued with whatever it was she had been doing before I arrived, and muttered thank you with all the genuine enthusiasm of a turkey being made to vote for Christmas.All in all, I won't be going back there again any time soon.

Staff were nice and they had the normal selections. Even happy to customize a vegan toastie. Plenty of stock and convenient location.

Some of the staff are very rude and rough in dealing with costumers. They badly needed training.

A regular customer for years in Morley branch, but sadly not now. Two seperate lines in order to get served. Confusion as to who is in the correct line. When I asked the manager why it is so disorganized she was laughing. In the end she says Thats the way it is int it". Apparently having a low viice non aggressive chat with her is ABUSE. Really love. You really must look up the dictionary version of abuse. Other customers were becoming frustrated with the situation as well Never going in the Morley branch ever again. Plus you the female manager will be hearing from Head Office very very soon. What you would not have know is I was the secret shopper from head office. We will see you soon."

Went in for a bacon and egg baguette the que was big and only one staff on for then someone to come from the back and not help with the back log of customers just to take orders and make the other person have more work load the person was very rude I normally use this greggs two to three times a day as I am passing but in future if Abi is serving I won’t be going in
