Awesome University. Very serene and peaceful place. The folks are exceptionally hospitable and friendly. One of the safest cities in the UK. Decent accommodations that are very affordable in comparison to other cities. Things are also relatively cheaper also. It is a country side, a sea town, with just a straight street that also doubles as the business/ market area. Don't so great when one is searching for a part time job. There are jobs, but not just within the cities. It is a great resort point. During the summer. Ah, I also forgot, the weather, it is the most unpredictable thing you are ever thing of. It might be smiling one minutes and the next it with be cries of rain. Cold, quite cold. Wonderful surroundings, great sets of Elizabethan buildings, some receiving renovations. If you want to enjoy a peaceful and serene country town, then Aber is you point of call.

I've literally just moved in today. Seems alright. Check back on this review in 3-4 years when I can give you a more accurate response.

The university has opened up lots more courses and guarantees first year accommodation but beware. In your second and third years there is not sufficient accommodation in Aberystwyth and the university accommodation. You are left with wanting to do your course but have no where to live.

Access for disabled parking is often confusing as many disabled parking bay’s have be turned over to car charging points and it is un clear if you can still use those bays with a blue badge. More blue badge bays required. The uni staff are normally friendly and the atmosphere is good. Not sure how they’d cope if I brought my assistant dog.

The Arts Centre at Aberystwyth University is up and running again, as of June 2021.There was a grand reopening on Monday 21st June 2021 when the newly refurbished reception and cafe area was made open to the public again.The usual attractions of theatre, film and live music events have returned and information is available on the Aberystwyth Arts Centre websiteThere is a really good selection of films to see with the usual magnificent views over Aberystwyth from the cafe tables.Well worth a visit again !

University with fake kind words. As students studying here I understood this . Uni gives you very less marks . I felt that, I made a wrong decision by taking admission here and investing my time and money. As an international student I had believed that my cv will he get upgraded but instead of it got devalued my such cheap grade marks.

We went here to charge an EV. However, the campus didn't look well kept. Grass was overgrown, graffiti everywhere, even on vehicles! For a place of higher learning and students, I'd sort of expect the place to be looked after? Even by the local authority or something... Just expected a better environment from someone as beautiful as Aberystwyth.

Open day with my daughter at the university today Everybody was so helpful..friendly and inviting. She is starting her nurse training in September. The 3 year course looks absolutely fantastic!!. I'm sure she will be extremely happy and successful in her studies with the lecturers support. They were amazing , very approachable...motivated and extremely kniwledgeable!!.

Graduated with a GLORIOUS Third Class Degree in Law! Thanks for the great education, Aberystwyth University!
