Appalling service. Ordered and paid for 30th March 2023, we were left to chase up installation ourselves. When eventually a date was agreed they didn’t respond to our email advising that the engineer could access our van by collecting keys from reception, as my husband was admitted to hospital. No contact from company to advise engineer didn’t install as planned. When I contacted the company I got pitiful excuses, lies and the runaround. My advice to anyone is buy a pay monthly broadband from one of the big service providers.

Shocking service.Bought a direct to van set up to our holiday home and never get a connection.Campers always kicking our connection off lineTransmitter's are so overloaded cant cope!!!!Unable to stream music and sky go tv app.Ports are also blocked.Now moved to STARLINK, after set up receiving 248Mbps instead of this useless connection on our holiday park.

Took a while longer than promised for the initial installation but very helpful when I phoned. Good service after that and the connection to date has been just about perfect. No problem streaming online video services through the TV or other devices

Now had the internet package for two years. Absolutely brilliant very reliable fast cant fault it. Company very helpful with any technical help. The broadband modem is small like a cube . Not one of the big ones that you can see.Highly recommended them .

Disgraceful, rude customer service who think it's OK to put the phone down because the call has run past 17.30 instead of giving the contact name of a manager when requested. Many plots have had 12 months of issues with internet constantly off for large periods of time and extremely slow when working. They know that there's a problem with the mast (sector 3 apparently) but continually avoid visiting the park to fix it. Holiday Parks should avoid this company for the sanity of their owners and look elsewhere for a better quality service. I don't leave bad reviews in principal but this has gone on for far too long now.

Customer service was rubbish and weren't prepared to sort problem out for us. Arrived at holiday on Saturday, couldn't log on and pay for WiFi. Waited to ring them Monday morning to pay over the phone, was told to ring back in the afternoon. Paid and still can't access WiFi. 3 phone calls on the Tuesday and ended up getting a refund on Wednesday. No thanks

This is our 8th week including weekend this year at our caravan at the Argyll Holiday park Drimsynie. Unfortunately 7 visits out of the 8 the Internet has not worked with no recompense for the continued failures.LPIS blame the site and the site blames LPIS .I will be embarking upon my own marketing to get some attention which may affect sales of both businesses unless I get the situation resolved.

Worst wifi you could possibly get, I'm at 1mbps download speed on Ookla speed test, If you're a park or someone that owns a caravan etc never use this you'll be saving yourself
