Tom Teece has managed my flat for over 7 years and I can categorically state he is the single reason I have kept my flat. I stayed in PD letting property for around 4 years and in my opinion and experience with this agency I can say that it is the best agency. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Putting me in touch with Tom from PD is the best gift my brother in law has ever given me. Can't fault Tom's service and dedication. Speedy response to tenants' issues, great communication and brilliant at just getting on with whatever needs to be done and taking problems off my hands. And at a very reasonable rate. It's rare to find such a great service from a letting agency in my experience so we feel very lucky to have found Tom. Thanks for all the hard work!

I wish there was a 6 star rating, because they deserve it! I lived with PD property services for 5 years and Tom was the best landlord anyone could wish for. There were hardly any problems and if they occurred they were dealt with as quick as possible. The only reason why I had to leave was energy bill increase. 10/10

Scammers, asked for all my details on day one and then never heard from them, very unprofessional, never answers phone and never get replies back. Finally got message from them on day 12 after I’ve emailed and called many times, to say we won’t offer you the house. Am homeless now because at use the idiots at Patrickdavid. I definitely don’t recommend, the discriminate and waste your time. Am keeping an eye on credit history and bank account as I expect them to use my details for their scam. Save your self the hassle. Ps they have a fake website with no properties on it.

Tom at Patrick David is the only reason I still let my property. Without their excellent service we would have sold a long time ago. They are incredibly proactive and nothing is too much trouble. Having used a lot of agents over the year I can't rate this team enough.

We rented a property for 3.5 years through Patrick David Property Services and couldn't fault them. When we had an issue with our boiler this was resolved within 2 days and on a weekend. Tom was our point of contact and always found him really friendly and caring even when our tenancy came to an end.
