Very friendly service. Consistent approach.Only one comment. The drivers inner door handle which is leather had oily hand marks. I pointed it out and they cleaned it. Suggest a bit more attention to cleanliness and quality control.

Booked and paid for my MOT and service 3 months ago with MOT expiring this week. Got a text 10 minutes before they shut the night before to say they won’t be doing the work, no mention of what would happen next. Joke of a company.

Phoned them 5th December and booked fitting of front tyres, they asked what tyres I'm looking to buy and I said I have my own just need fitting. Got an appointment in the morning. As delivery is late I phoned today to change the time to a later one and was told they do not have this appointment and would not be able to do it anyway as they do not fit tyres bought elsewhere. Totally get that but I should have been told that when I phoned on the 5th. Total joke!Now they have asked if I wanted to email customer services, we'll, not really. Why would I?The manager said yesterday they don't fit tyres bought elsewhere and he was trying to tell me that there's no way they fitted on my husband's car this year. Well, they did, we found the invoice from May 2023 for swapping the tyres which we bought elsewhere.

I am very dissatisfied with the work done. The wheel alignment was adjusted three times and each time it was incorrectly set. the steering wheel was straight and the car was turning slightly to the left. The gentleman at the Livingston branch told me to correct the steering wheel problem. If the car is moving to the left, I have to turn the steering wheel to the right. I do not recommend this company

These guys were incredibly helpful, trying to solve a problem created by another company. Although unfortunately, through no fault of their own, I was left with the same unresolved problem, I can't speak highly enough about their efforts - for which they did not charge me a penny

What a pleasant place to do business with. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Sleek online booking facility. I felt these people were focused on my car and doing the best for me. I recommend them highly.

Thanks John and Robbie (can't remember the 3rd name sorry) for sorting my car today. National Tyres mobile fitting sheared a Locking Wheel nut and left me a bit abandoned. The guys here had it sorted very quickly. Cancelled the mobile fitting appointment and booked in to get the tyres changed here instead - lesson learned!

Arrived to MOT booking 5 minutes late to be advised it was cancelled as it takes exactly one hour and slot missed. Customer service was less than one star. Immediately called customer services who confirmed that it takes 45 mins to do MOT. No other slots now available but they did their best to try to resolve my issue. The booking does not advise that if you are 1 minute late you loss your slot. The booking also advises that you should be prepared for your car to be with the garage for 1-2 hours. The disruption this causes to myself now to resolve this is not acceptable. Please get control of what you tell customers in bookings and align the management of your staff with that. At the moment there appears to be no control of either
