Only praise for this bakery, a gem nestled opposite Elephant Park and near E&C station. One of, if not the best customer service experiences I have had in London, they make you feel incredibly welcomed and highly value your experience, my boyfriend and I are very fond of the staff. The food is delicious with a range of authentic pastries, and at extremely affordable prices. An excellent bakery which I hope continues to thrive, I highly recommend.

Today it wasn't a good experience in this restaurant. We arrived there 12h20 for lunch and left 13h10 without having our main dish, the only we could have it was a soup and drink which we paid £12 for 2. We spent there 50 minutes waiting for our main dish while watching 3 others table that arrived after us having their dishes. No explanation for the delay and apologies specially that we were having a dish of the day menu. Very disappointed as we've been there before and the service was quick and friendly.

Avoid if you’re vegetarian, and don’t order the arepa. It is disgusting. As for the queso, not to my taste. Taste is subjective but I felt that this was a rip off for £4. I had to go get proper food elsewhere costing more money.

A wonderful place in elephant and castle, family-friendly, good atmosphere, good food and good prices.I live in Bournemouth and every time I go up to London I go there, it's just incredible.Have you tried their empanadas with chili? And how about a beef rib soup with lemon?It was 30° in London on Friday, but I dared to try the beef soup, I simply couldn't leave without eating that delicious soup!They have drinks from Colombia imported to London, such as Malta, or some juices.The desserts... Those cheese ice creams, omg, I ended up so full from the food, I couldn't eat them this time... But I'll be back to London and next time I'll end the dinner with a wonderful ice cream!

Amazing food as always the empanadas are the best I’ve ever had and the cheapest I’ve ever had only £1.50. The customer service is amazing, they’re all very lovely people and they make sure you have a very enjoyable experience!!!

Super friendly service ☺️. I picked up a few snacks after a workout nearby. Empanadas (chicken and beef) were still warm £1.50, really filling, could do with a bit of hot sauce or salsa on the side. Also chose a papa rellena which I will tackle tomorrow for dinner!
