I rented with Biscayne Properties for a year. They are by far the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of renting off. Toni was particularly helpful and dealt with all of my concerns and queries in a very timely manner. For example, after I had vacated the property I realised I had left the Wifi router in the flat. Toni kindly went to collect the router. I also paid rent for the month after I left the property by mistake. I alerted Toni to this and the money was returned to my account on the same day. Toni went above and beyond what is expected of an estate agent. My deposit was returned without issue. I cannot recommend renting off Biscayne properties highly enough!
