Food was awful, missing items, chips soggy and cold. Cheap dry chicken burgers, cheap frozen doner meat. They replied to a review on just eat to say they had tried to ring to get a replacement for the missing side which was a total lie. I had someone message me on messenger to ask what was wrong, I gave very polite constructive feedback and no reply. Just avoid poor quality food with even poorer customer service. Really gone down hill will stick to fat boar in future

Ordered at 8.10pm. Told order would be with us about 99.20 and our food still hadn't arrived. Rang up and was told food would be another hour or so!I decided to cancel and asked for a refund They said they couldn't give me my money back as it was too complicated and they would deliver the next night, with a waffle as compensation.! Then I read the reviews...and there was no way I was having a meal off them.Got in touch with Wrexham Eats and they gave me a full refund (Renee was awesome)Steer clear of this place.

Avoid if possible, terrible customer service and I was only given part of my order. When I called to question the member of staff argued that he was right not to give the full order as detailed on the menu. Would not recommend.

Our burgers were delicious and the pimped up fries were spot on. Big thanks to the awesome delivery driver who drew dinosaurs on our takeaway boxes! Top service and will definitely be ordering again. Cheers guys!

The only smoke house I have ordered from where the meat is most certainly not smoked! The rib meat was hard and tasteless, no rub at all, and had to fight to get the meat. the chicken wings were dry and over fried with half a jar of sauce. The bbq sauce was obviously bought in bottled and completely saturated all the food.Its another reason we don't eat from wrexham food places. If you want real smoked food, i advise hickories or deadwood.

Great place with excellent food, service and value for money, have been in for breakfast and a dinner from the steak menu and also used the delivery for takeaway. Everything was spot and well recommended.

Update: sorry that I left feedback but not sorry that my order was missing 2 side orders? I take it back, I wouldn't recommend the food here to anyone.I don't usually leave feedback but I was very unhappy with this takeaway. I had items missing (coleslaw and onion rings which was why I ordered a larger burger meal which cost more) and in all honesty, what was delivered was not good especially given the huge price.The burger was the least worst and was not tasty, it also had salad on when I asked for no salad, but to be fair was massive. The nachos were dripping and soggy from too much chilli sauce and the chicken wings conversely were bland as it had no sauce, no coating and I honestly couldn't taste any seasoning. Given the £7 price for nachos and the £15+ price on burger meals, it was so disappointing.Portions are huge to be fair but it didn't really matter as I didn't want to eat any of it unfortunately. Delivery was mega quick and the choice on menu is great. I want to leave honest feedback, both positive and also areas where I felt improvement could be made.I'd honestly recommend your local cheap plain burger from whatever chippie because this more expensive burger place is so much worse sorry. If it was half the price I recommend it for portion size and menu choice because you might enjoy the taste but unfortunately I didn't at all.

Visiting Wrexham for the first time and stumbled upon The Smoke Shed where the charmingly personal owner Donna made me a delicious omelette. Despite never being here before, it felt like home.Can’t tell you what was better the food or gorge conversation. Thanks Donna!

Took 2 hours to get here, wrong drinks, cheap buns for the burgers and they tasted vile, chips were soggy and the nachos had sweet chilli sauce all over them?? Nearly £30 for that is horrendous

Ordered at 9.10pm boyfriend rang again at 10.25. We were told it was busy and would be delivered at 11pm. Already a red flag. 11.30 comes and goes, repeatedly ring them to be met with no answer or line busy, 2nd red flag. 11.50 boyfriend gets a call from the delivery driver they cant find us, he directs them and on arrival its 3 people in the car with a cant be bothered attitude! 3rd red flag. Finally starving and tired sit down to eat almost 3 hours after ordering and the food is cold! Final red flag. Abysmal service and quality. Will never order from here again.
