My Fresh Prep

I must say I was skeptical when My Fresh Prep was recommended to me I was a bit skeptical in terms of flavour, however I'm happy I have decided to go ahead and start ordering the meals. The flavour is amazing and you get everything in one meal, protein, carbs, veggies, everything you need especially if you are working out and want to follow a healthy diet. The food is always fresh and delicious. Also they always assure you don't have any allergies or if you have any dietary requirements. You can always choose your own meals, however as the food it is so good I decided to let them choose for me and never got disappointed. I highly recommend My Fresh Prep to anyone! Keep up the good work!

For so long I thought it was impossible for me to put on weight until I went to MyFreshPrep. I spoke to them and got a meal plan designed especially for me. Which helped me to bulk and put on healthy weight. The meals are delicious! Full of flavour and are definitely worth the money. They helped me reach my goal and also help me maintain it.

I’ve been using My Fresh Prep for a while now. Despite not training the meals have really helped with maintaining my weight. The selection and quality are great and I have never had any issues with delivery unlike other services I have tried.

Great quality food, easy to set up, easy delivery, takes all the hassle away! It’s clearly making an impact with my weight loss journey. Finally I am seeing the changes I haven’t been able to do with my own prepping. Doesn’t feel like diet food but it is helping me to shed the weight and keep me energised to do the workouts I need to do. Would definitely recommend!!

The quality of the food is absolutely fantastic. The meals are nicely presented and taste absolutely amazing. This was my first week of sampling the meals and I have got to say they were perfect. Looking forward to ordering more. Keep up the good work guys. Highly recommend you try you wont be disappointed!

Best tasting meal prep I’ve had. Really enjoying all the different meals they provide and very good portion sizes. Been ordering for two weeks and it’s well worth the money. I look forward to ordering many more meals from them!
