We have our new office - susy.house - at this space, what is amazing. Great location, great people, and the full purpose of Future Leap on sustainability.

Great co-working space. Free tea and coffee. Light and well-equipped working space, and ability to have private calls in either a telephone booth, or a meeting room (available for booking).

I've visited the original FEN space on Glos Road and its lively and has a great cafe but for our needs the Clifton offices are ideal. Light and airy, bike parking, great facilities - especially the coffee. We use the main meeting room for our team meetings and it works well. There is a really lovely vibe about the place which is positive and energetic but calm, its not hard to concentrate. All the critical facilities are already in place with a few nice extras to come such as the private phone booths. It feels good when we're not working from home to be around other likeminded business and their people.
