Rip off scammers that take advantage of the elderly!My 70 year old father broke his charging port on his Galaxy S5. He called here for a repair and they claimed it was too dangerous to repair it as the screen can break very easily. Told him that a wireless charging adapter and base would be easiest solution, said it would be £25 for them both.When he went back to collect it they had put the wireless adapter in and then said the base was extra and tried charging him another £25 for the base. When he refused they put the price down to £10 which he relectantly accepted.The same wireless adapters are only £5 on ebay and require no soldering or work to fit so to charge £25 is extortionate.Not only that but samsung charging base is a fake and over heats after 30 minutes of use and has to be unplugged.Steer clear of these scammers!
