Andrew was recommended by a friend to come and replace our boiler which had packed up. He explained everything, including a placement problem with the old boiler. He quoted straight away and started a few days later once the new boiler had arrived. Very professional and well priced and I was completely satisfied with the work. I would definitely use him again in the future and can’t recommend Andrew enough.

Amazing service provided from Andrew and his team beginning to end. Very very professional , he came along to my venue and did the relevant quotes , ordered parts ect. He kept me in the loop. Had Andrew come and replace my mothers shower cubicle. Quote was great and nothing was to much for him. We asked Andrew to come back and move moms shower done no problem. While he was there he found a gas leak, put it wright so mom safe. I would highly recommend

Andrew offers a professional quality service.He supplied a detailed quotations where all materials and labour costs were all quantified and advised us on the best boiler to suite our requirements and we even decided to replace the radiators after seeing how much dirt was in our our 20 year old system during the flushing process.Nothing seemed to much trouble even when we added the extra work, he arrived punctually every day and never left us without heat or hot water between days he was here, used protective covers over the flooring and left his work areas tidy.We will now be using Manor Vale for all our future servicing.

We had issues with our very old boiler due to a damaged flue and some dust and debris making its way into the system that was caused by some building work. Andrew was very professional and was very transparent with the work he was doing. The boiler struggled to fire up after the new flue was installed but Andrew persevered and manged to bring it back to life with a good clean out and service.
