Had the pleasure to end up selling my mom’s car with Motor Trade Logistics for the first time and I was really please with the service and the hospitality was amazing. Really easy to deal with them and Kam was very polite and helpful.Definitely rate this 10 out of 10 if I could.Highly recommended!

Most disappointing, Motor Trade Logistics sent me an e mail ref collection date, stating that they had tried to call, we never had a missed call, They confirmed today for collection, waited with paperwork and keys ready. At 14:37 hrs I chased them up by e mail as a driver had not called me, got a call back saying driver had a train cancelation, another driver could come first thing tomorrow, and the driver will call me this evening, Zero for Customer Service. Had to give one start in order to post.

Kam was a great help from start to finish when he called to let me know he would be picking my car up. He made the transfer first class.To top it off he is a Liverpool fan so had a good chat while he was doing the test drive. And made the whole think a great experience.Once againThanks KamMike
