Great place to start off when you get to the point of needing an office with easy in easy out contracts.Place is needing a bit of a face left as it's a few years old now and not had the attention to keeping it up to date.The two reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking can be an issue when outside agencies run courses in the meeting rooms.Each office comes with a internet connection included in the office rental price, which is is a shared fibre pipe so really good speed.You are better off not using the phone supplied by the centre as the cost is fairly high compared to having a VoIP service from an online VoIP provider. Online providers give you much better facilities and normally free IP to IP calls.Electricity is an extra cost on a meter with is invoice monthly by the centre.Centre have postal services which is franking prices, so slightly cheaper than stamps.Reception are available to take parcels in between 8am - 6pm Mon- Fri.

Had a fun day out. Enjoyed a picnic in the grounds. There was archery and all things medieval show on which was lovely to watch. Great place for a family day out.

I contacted Mercury House at the start of Covid lockdown as I needed a place for Teams / Zoom etc meetings. I chose a 'small' office which in fact could accommodate possibly 4 - 5 and with fantastic internet speed, it worked really well.Sadie and her support team are incredibly helpful. There is a manned reception desk during opening hours although you do have 24 hr access by agreement.I can not rate this highly enough for the sole trader or larger business!The rent prices are also I believe, very reasonable.Would highly recommend!

Libertas based at mercy houseAbsolute shocking the care a dear friend is recieving. Not sticking to rule of PPE. Only 1 career turns up when he is allocated 2. Dont do anything to help out ie housework or personal care or to incurrage. No one seems to actually get issues sorted when been phoned and reported. Safeguarding rules being broken as careers passing on info of other patients. Taking this further now as its a joke would NOT recommend its no professional at all

Easy to find, plenty of car parking spaces. Entrance then Reception, asked who you have an appointment with. Given directions, after contacting group who you've come to see.

Great business centre clean and well sign posted to rooms . Friendly lady on reception and loads of car parking

Great reception staff, very reasonably priced offices that can be rented daily as a hot desk. Also very good training rooms, plenty space and overhead projectors

A great location with everything a small business needs. Different sized offices depending upon requirements and with the use of conference/meeting spaces too

We have an office here and the service is first class. I would recommend it for any start up to medium business. Modern bright offices at reasonable rents with full support facilities including conference rooms, all with excellent broadband facilities.
