We contacted Adrian to complete a home buyers survey on a quick turnaround. Adrian managed to squeeze us into an available slot next day and provided a very comprehensive report in two days with photos and was available to talk us through some of the points notes within the report. A very nice chap and very approachable with good honest advice. Well recommended.

I cannot recommend Adrian more. His communication was excellent and our full building survey was completed promptly with a very detailed report that followed very quickly afterwards. The report was extremely helpful, easy to read and thorough with plenty of photos included so everything was clear. He was also extremely helpful during a follow up phone call to help us understand some of the points raised on the survey so we were confident when moving forward with the purchase. He was also very reasonably priced. Don't use anyone else! He's amazing!

Highly recommend JTM, I needed a survey doing fairly last minute in our buying process, Adrian managed to go out, complete the survey and provide us with the report all within a week of our first call!They're very efficient and communicated with us regularly throughout the process, providing updates and helpfully answering any questions we had. The report itself was very detailed, clearly outlined and had images to show that each aspect of the survey had been carefully carried out. Excellent service. Adrian was very helpful and explained in detail all aspects of the survey. He provided a lot of useful advice about next steps regarding issues revealed in the survey. The report does not include a valuation (as previously clarified by Adrian) but does includes plenty of pictures. I would definitely use JTM Building Consultancy in the future if I needed another survey.
