We were blamed for preparation of floor, despite a site visit (with floor exposed) being undertaken by Total Flooring beforehand. A string of excuses as to why the job couldn’t be completed on time and flooring not even fitted in the end. Alternative supplier had to step in. I was told to not approach Total Flooring about any future business. Appalling customer service.

Having been recommended Total Flooring by a friend I got in contact and received a visit and quotation from them incredibly quickly. The quote was both reasonable and transparent so I decided to go ahead. Within a week I had my job scheduled in and as promised the team took out my old flooring and fitted the new.The guys worked quickly and cleanly (a necessity in a domestic environment) and the work was carried out to a first class standard. I would highly recommend the team here and will certainly be using them for any future projects I have.A really fast, painless process and a fantastic looking floor to boot!Thanks again to all of youNigel

Total Flooring (Hull) laid Kardean parquet to the floor of our large through lounge diner - one of the last jobs in a major refurbishment to this house. The work was done with consumate skill and expertise.Of all the work we contracted out it is the job we are most pleased with - not simply because of the finished result, but the professional close attention we recieved throughout to obtain what we wanted.
