It's impossible to cancel an appointment because everyone passes you different numbers and no one answers. They said missed appointments cost the NHS money, incapable of answering a phone.

Very rude staff especially the midwife’sWon’t recommend as they were making racist comments Staff name is CarolAlso didn’t let us record the ultrasound I think it’s a very special moment for the parents and they should be able to have that memory .Receptionist don’t answer phone calls they’re soo loud speaking about their own life instead laughing way too loud .
