DO NOT USE FOR A VIRTUAL ONLINE PAYMENT PORTAL!!!!!!!Fine for hand held mobile portal, just truly abismal as an online payment portal provider!I've been with Gary for a couple of years now. A good friend of mine who knows Gary recommended him to me, and as a provider of a 'face to face' mobile terminal provider Gary is very good. That's not to say there were no issues with that however any issues where dealt with in an acceptable manner. I wish I could say the same for his 'online payment portal'.As Gary provided a good service with my handheld device I advised Gary to let me know when he could offer an online terminal to let me know. I stupidly signed up to a long term contract with Gary assuming the online terminal would be just as good as his hand held terminal service, and now I have to pay over £21/month for another 3yrs (1yr has nearly passed) for a service I've used a handful of times.I had issues with the following:-How the funds were paid to me. Rather than charging me for all the transactions fees at the end of the month they would deduct each fee from each transaction. That messed-up the great automated payment recognition system I had set up with Xero.How the customer got to the payment page. The procces they provided was ridiculous and would have added hours to my admin time each month.How the online payment terminal page looked when making a payment. There was no mention of my company on any page.The customers not seeing any confirmation that their payment had been completed which resulted in a customer paying twice. An elderly customer paid me £566 twice!!!!! because it wasn't clear the money had been paid. This never happened with the previous provider. Instead the customer was taken to a page that instructed you how to use their back office pages!!!How to identify who has paid me and when, which I still can't do even though a number of people have talked me through the process. The process which doesn't work is such a hassle in comparison to my previous provider. If more than one person paid me in a day there is no way to identify who paid me.On each of these issues I've had to spend time to try to sort them out while paying for the service and not using the service because of said issues. It's just a ludicrous service.I asked Verofy to cancel my online portal back in November which they DID NOT DO and because of that I am now out of any 'cooling off' period which means I would have to pay nearly £1000 to cancel a rubbish service I will never use.

This has been one of the better training experience I've been on. CWP have yet again provided me with some quality training with quality trainers.I've never been boredThe center its self is warm bright and built for purpose.
