Totally amazing! Dave listened to what we wanted then offered expert advice, the quote was really reasonable, the work they have done is fantastic - very neat and our home is now very warm. All tradesmen involved in the job were friendly and professional. Couldn't recommend enough.

Very underwhelmed - The lady at the office was friendly enough. However the fitter who came out to advise etc didn’t do anything. I’m not an expert in heating systems so I stated what I thought the problem was (the system appeared to need flushing) and the fitter just went along with it. I’d assumed he’d turn our heating on and at least try to identify the issue for himself... Just paid the £54 invoice for the call out charge. Never again.We ended up flushing the central heating system ourselves. Job done.

Fitted a new electric shower. The plumbers were quick and took the old shower away, having fitted the new one to my satisfaction. Tidied up after themselves and I wouldn't use any other company again.

We had a radiator replaced. Had to change dates. We found service flexible, and the fitter was professional done a good job, the old radiator was removed as agreed. The system was flushed with a rust inhibitor added this was advised. The work was done cleanly and left tidy. Overall we were very happy and would recommend.

There’s a reason this company have been around for so long. Their work ethic and skill are second to none. Responsive and on time. Able to think outside of the box for a solution to replace my boiler. 10/10.

As a plumbing and heating engineer with 22 years experience in the trade, I was called to ascertain why a hot water cylinder was not heating up via the built in coil-type heat exchanger, forcing the homeowner to use the electric immersion heater to heat the water.What I discovered as the root cause was beyond belief! Possibly the worst mechanical failing I’ve ever come across. It was as if they’d asked a 16 year old who left school last week to remove an old back boiler and replace it with a heat only boiler. Whoever installed the upgrade clearly had absolutely no idea of not only heating systems, but basic mechanical principles, in general.The company has a toxic workplace culture. Greedy bosses who underpay their lads and put them under immense pressure, which causes them to rush and make mistakes. Plumbing isn’t a trade where it’s wise to rush. Mistakes and lack of technical knowledge in this game can lead to extremely serious consequences, so it’s prudent to work in a careful and conscientious manner and actually learn the fundamental principles of the trade.There’s an old saying, “If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.”And that’s why Ni-Pi went from being a reputable company to one you only use if you’re desperate.

Excellent service to replace an old radiator and valves. Professional approach from the fitters. Everything was tested and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.

Awful. After buying parts to the tune of £140 which were turned out to be unnecessary and paying for two call outs at £120 I am no further down the line. £260 they cost me for nothing

I got a new system boiler and unvented cylinder from NiPi in December 2021. This replaced an old outdated system and has been fantastic since it was installed. Everything about the job was professional, from the quote to the work itself and to the after service. Everyone working was extremely professional and we are really happy with our new heating system. I would wholeheartedly recommend NiPi.

I phoned NiPi on Monday morning concerned about a broken hot water tap at my mother's. An engineer came out the same morning and a new tap was ordered and fitted by 11 am the next day. Excellent service, many thanks.
