Came home to a broken shower / mixer tap. Called RG Shed the following day and spoke to the lovely Millie who had an Engineer (Jack) in the area who was with me within 20 mins. He was so efficient - went off and got the relevant new parts and had it all fixed and working again. Jack was friendly and polite and had everything cleaned up before he left as he had to remove the bath panel etc. Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and use again !

We had a dripping shower. I booked up by phone and was given an early appointment. Luke, the plumber, was on time, very efficient. He identified the problem, sourced the parts and repaired it in a very efficient and professional manner. He also was, quite frankly, superb with our very barky dog.

I have used this company on several occasions now and found them to be so helpful when I have had an emergency which has been twice now. An engineer has been sent out quickly and problem fixed quickly. They are very reliable , prompt , organised, clean and very courteous… I would 100 per cent recommend Robert and his team ..

Highly recommended, needed an issue with a toilet fixed ideally in 2 days before going away, came round within less than 24 hrs of initial contact, problem sorted with a minimum of fuss and at a very reasonable rate. Excellent, friendly, efficient service
